Her international experience has provided her with a strong understanding of both high-performance demands and the everyday challenges people face when pain or injury impacts work, sport, or daily life.

Stefanie is known for her personalised and holistic approach to care, placing strong emphasis on listening to her clients, understanding their goals, and delivering meaningful, evidence-based treatment. She believes effective rehabilitation should be engaging, empowering, and tailored to the individual, with a focus on long-term movement health and sustainable outcomes.

She holds additional qualifications in mat and reformer Pilates and dry needling, which she integrates alongside exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy to support recovery, injury prevention, and performance. Her special clinical interests include running-related injuries, cervical spine dysfunction, foot and ankle conditions, and the management of complex presentations such as persistent and chronic pain.

Outside of the clinic, Stefanie enjoys staying active through running and strength training, travelling, and exploring new places.
