Peadiatric Physio helping children get back to sport

Paediatric Physio, MCSP, BSc

Liam is Kaizen’s Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist, dedicated to helping children and young people move with confidence, recover from injury, and get back to the activities they love. With over five years of hands-on experience, Liam brings expertise, energy, and empathy to every patient he works with.

A graduate of the University of Brighton, Liam combines his background in strength and conditioning with a passion for supporting young athletes. Having played semi-professional rugby himself, he understands the challenges of returning to sport — both physically and mentally — and uses that insight to guide his patients through every stage of recovery.

Liam’s experience spans the NHS, private practice, and elite sporting environments, including collaborations with athletes in the Harlequins and Brentford Academy Pathways. His approach is all about blending rehabilitation with performance — helping young people not just recover, but thrive.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys hiking, gym training, and spending time outdoors. His love of activity keeps him grounded and fuels his passion for helping others do the same.
