Gus Hadonou is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a decade of experience, bringing a unique blend of Reformer Pilates and Strength & Conditioning principles his physiotherap§y practice. Enabling clients to return to high level sporting performance as quickly as possible. Alongside working for Kaizen Physiotherapy & Performance, Gus teaches Reformer Pilates in Richmond and continues to run an NHS clinic in Kingston. As a recent nominee for the Doctify Patient Voice, Gus is more determined to go one step further this year!
Gus graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2014, his work across NHS, private and international settings has enabled him to develop a multifaceted philosophy and approach. Alongside a focus on exercise, Gus employs multi-faceted treatment strategies including acupuncture and manual therapy to help reduce pain during the recovery process. He has a passion for further improvement in the health sector, demonstrated by his participation in various clinical trials such as shoulder and knee joint outcomes with physiotherapy vs surgery; and also including AI use in the health care setting.
Outside of work, Gus is a keen skier and enjoys (not always) participating in triathlons. He spends the rest of his time bickering with his business partner about the football.
